The property is situated in a very quiet Cul de sac and is just a short walk into Motueka township and all the shops, restaurants cafes, etc.
3 bedroom 1960s era house with refurbished kitchen and sunken lounge with a pleasant outdoor entertainment area.
Special conditions:
Smoking outside only, please.
Do not strip the linen, dishes placed in the dishwasher and turned on, floors vacuumed and general tidy please before departure. We'll remake beds and put dishes away, so you can move on to your next adventure :)
